To support your active lifestyle, we also offer a selection of fitness gear and garments that are both functional and stylish. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, Banging Bodies has everything you need to succeed and are passionate about helping you do so.
  • Where is Banging Bodies located?
    We conduct all of our training sessions via Facetime or Zoom calls, allowing us to reach women in every city, state, and country. No one is excluded from our services, no matter where you live. This virtual format means you can benefit from our expert guidance without the need to travel to a physical gym. Our trainers tailor sessions to fit your individual fitness goals and schedule, making it easy for you to get a personalized workout experience from the comfort of your own home or wherever you see fit for the occasion.
  • How does Banging Bodies conduct its personal training sessions without a physical location?
    At Banging Bodies, we understand that convenience and flexibility are crucial for our clients. That's why we offer live, virtual personal training sessions via FaceTime or Zoom video calls. Our certified personal trainers are hands-on and actively engage with you during each session. This allows you to participate from any location that suits you best, whether it's the comfort of your home, your workplace, the gym, or even a nearby park. Our approach ensures that you receive the same dedicated and personalized training experience you'd expect from in-person sessions, tailored to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. In person sessions and pre-recorded videos are not available.
  • What are Banging Bodies' business hours? Are services available outside of these hours?
    Banging Bodies operates from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. One on one sessions are held from 7 AM-1 PM and 4-8 PM CST. Group sessions are held from 6-8 PM CST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. While we strive to accommodate all our clients, bookings outside of these hours are subject to the availability and discretion of our staff. If you prefer accommodations outside of our standard operating hours, please contact us directly to discuss your needs. We will do our best to find a suitable arrangement.
  • Are payment plans accepted? If so, how do they work?
    Yes! We accept payment plans to make our services more accessible to everyone. Our payment plans are designed to fit various budgets and are straightforward to set up. You have 2 options: set it up online using our third-party partners: Affirm or AfterPay or contact us directly and we'll manually set it up offline. OPTION 1: ONLINE When you choose a service package and proceed to check out, you can opt to spread the cost over a specified period of time at the rate you are approved for instead of paying the full amount upfront. OPTION 2: OFFLINE This is a layaway for your sessions. This means that you do not begin your training sessions until you've paid the full amount of the program. 1. Minimum Initial Payment: To start the layaway process, you will need to make an initial payment of at least $100. Please be mindful that the pricing breakdown will vary by arrangement. If you wish, you have the freedom to pay in higher amounts than initially agreed upon. 2. Payment Schedule: You are able to choose whether you'd prefer to make payments weekly or biweekly based upon your own personal financial planning. Regardless of which payment schedule you choose, you are welcomed to pay the remaining balance off sooner if you prefer. 3. Late Fees: A late fee of $5 per day will be charged if a scheduled payment is missed. 4. Session Start Date: You can pick your session start date based upon our soonest availability only after your final payment has been made. Availability of sessions varies, so we recommend clearing your balance as soon as possible to secure your desired slot. 5. Fitness Guides: Upon making your first payment, you will receive a comprehensive fitness guide to help you prepare and stay motivated while you complete the payment process. 6. Refund Policy: Please note that there are no refunds available for the layaway payments once the 1st payment has been made. This layaway plan allows you to manage your finances while ensuring you can still prioritize your fitness goals with Banging Bodies. With either option, there are no hidden fees associated with setting up a payment plan, ensuring you get the most out of your investment in your health and wellness.
  • If I'm unable to participate in the personal training programs at the moment, what are my options in the meantime?
    We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may not be able to participate in our programs immediately. In the meantime, we offer a range of flexible options to help you stay on track with your fitness goals. You can take advantage of our online resources, which include the fitness guides on our website that consist of meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (in the Booty Building guide only), workout routines, nutritional tips/tricks and daily routines. Additionally, we offer personalized fitness consultations via phone to create a tailored plan that fits your current schedule and restrictions. We also have a supportive community on our social media platforms where you can stay motivated and connected with others who share your fitness aspirations. As you are preparing for your class, please be aware that requirements vary by program. Refer to an ultimate checklist, read your program description or associated fitness guide that you'll receive access to after purchasing sessions or starting a payment plan. Below is a general list to give an idea of what is typically expected across the board. First, we require high-quality workout equipment such as a waist trimmer, sauna wrap, yoga mat, water bottle, resistance bands and gym shoes, which can enhance your exercise experience. We do not require you to purchase any weights. Secondly, you will need to invest in a healthy eating regimen. Each fitness guide contains meal suggestions that specify the best dietary components for a holistic approach to your journey. Thirdly, you will need appropriate workout attire such as breathable clothes for maximum comfort. Lastly, if you haven't already, you will need to explore our pricing plans associated with our training programs and pick the one most suitable for you.
