BOOKING POLICIES
All sessions begin on the Monday that you booked. In order to begin your sessions, you must have all of the items listed in the description of your program and in the checklist that you will receive in the fitness guide in your email after checkout.
BEGINNING YOUR SESSIONS
PICTURES
Pictures are the most beneficial way for us to track your progression throughout the program. You must take pictures from the front, back and both sides of your midsection everyday and submit them to Brianna before each session. Your pictures are kept completely confidential and will not be shared without consent.
TARDINESS
Our time is very limited, so every minute counts towards your desired results! There is a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee + $1 for every minute you are late. After 20 minutes, your session will be canceled and make ups will be at the discretion of your trainer.
NO CALL, NO SHOWS
Communication is key! Your 1st failure to inform us about your absence from a session will result in a $30 no call, no show fee. The 2nd will result in forfeiture of your remaining sessions.
CANCELING/RESCHEDULING SESSIONS
You must request to cancel/reschedule your sessions at least 1 hour in advance at the very latest! Cancellations are free, however, if you need to reschedule 1 day, a $25 fee will apply. To reschedule an entire week, a $20 fee will apply per day. Please be aware that failure to request at least 1 hour in advance will incur the same late fees as if you were tardy to a session. Please be aware that failure to request and/or pay the accumulated fee will be treated as a no call, no show.
REFUNDS
There are absolutely no refunds permitted after the Banging Bodies' fitness guide is emailed.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. After payment processing, orders will be dispatched accordingly. All shipping orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment processing and a tracking number will be emailed immediately after. All pick up orders must be picked up within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in storage fees of $1/late day.
PRODUCT RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to payment processing or the option will no longer be available. After payment processing and fulfillment, there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges permitted for any products: digital or physical unless there is a mishap on Banging Bodies' end.
